Teresa Bar was a cocktail bar founded by myself and my wife in 2021 in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. The bar    focused on championing local produce, organic small        producers, and foraged herbs & natives. The cocktail        menu was solely designed by myself with team        collaboration.
